Ep 114. A Teen Survivor Story: Addison Rose

May 1st kicks off Mental Health Awareness Month. As such, we want to announce the timely launch of The SonRise Project's "Survivor Stories," where we will dive deeper into a prominent issue. We will have in-depth conversations with individuals who felt like giving up on life yet are still here and willing to share their experiences.

Addison Rose is a high school Junior leader in her community. She is also a survivor of suicide attempts and sexual abuse/rape. Her story moved us to our core, and we know that it will help many young teens dealing with depression, trauma, and anxiety.

Join us tomorrow as we hold our first Monthly Survivor Stories Series, and open up our safe space to those who desire more insight into the minds of our young people.
