Ep. 140: The Intersection of Racism and Mental Health: Dr. "O"

Black people in America are regularly faced with many challenges. Many of these challenges stem from racism in our communities, schools, and government policies. When you couple this with the fact that racism can harm your mental health, there is no wonder that there is a mental health crisis in our community. Fortunately, once we can identify an issue, we are then empowered to take action to mitigate its impact.
