Today, we are excited to introduce "From SONRISE to SUNSET" - a QUARTERLY conversation about taking care of our elders in their “Sunset” years. ⁠ Kelli felt strongly through experience and feedback that we must keep an eye on other factors that may impact us. One major factor can be the declining mental status of elders in our family.

Are you responsible for raising your own children and caring for your aging parents? Your older sibling? Your grandparents? What about an aunt or an uncle? Do you feel as though you are being pulled in so many directions that you struggle to hold it together? If you answered yes to any of these questions you are likely part of the “sandwich generation”, and potentially in a circle of care.
